Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
: (1) This Act shall be entitled “Gorkhapatra Institute Act, 2019”.
(2) This Act shall apply throughout Nepal ………….
(3) This section of this Act shall come into force immediately and other sections shall come into force from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
